Blues in my Blood

"Blues". First of all, we can define this word as "sad". Anyway, the blues first started when the people (most of all slaves) in the hot cotton plantations through Mississipi used to create and sing slow and emotional melodies due to the situation they were.... These melodies were being modified, getting rithym, chords and followeres, of course...resulting later in what is called Blues!

The suffering, I mean, the feelings in the songs were frequently related to love, frustration, revenge and passion in the lyrics of the earlyest bluesmen. Blues is NOT depressing, though. It's only emotional and deep in the soul and heart. There are some heavy and rock-influenced blues too, but it doesn't mean these aren't blues, you know?

And I really love blues. It means a lot to me. Sometimes I care to much for the things I told you about its essence. Perhaps that's not so good, I don't know. I dare to live deeply, not only live a life. It wouldn't be so grateful as it is..

What's cool becomes boring... That's why I look for different values , instead of doing things only. But experience them within my heart. That's what blues and its meaning is about. And it goes against the world, sometimes. I don't care! It's awesome to be "blues".
